Protect your sponsors
What viewers said about a sponsor, in their own words, with the video and date, ready for the renewal call.
Drawn from the product as it works today. The pictures are sketches, not screenshots.

Step one
Name your sponsor
On the sentiment page, under what people are saying about your sponsors, the owner adds a sponsor with two fields: their name, as you say it, and any other names they go by. Setup asks the same question when you first connect, so a tray often arrives here with the sponsor already named.
-
Step two
Names match word for word
A mention is a comment that literally contains the name or one of the names it is also called; capitals do not matter, but spelling does. Names you typed count at once. Spellings the tray suggests from your comments wait on the card until you accept one; a guess never counts on its own. And while a sponsor is the only one you have, comments about the sponsor or the sponsorship count for them too; the moment you add a second, that shorthand stops counting for anybody.
-
Step three
Mentions and quotes are different numbers
Every match is a mention, and the count says so. A quote is stricter: a comment is only quoted once the AI has read it and it is clean, meaning still public on YouTube, not held, and not written by someone you have banned. Mentions found in your archive are counted the moment they are found, and quoted once read. The gap between the two numbers is honesty, not a bug.
-
Step four
The sponsor's own page
Each sponsor links to a page of quotes: what your viewers said, in their own words. Every card quotes the archived comment with who said it, on which video, and when, and links to that comment on YouTube. If YouTube no longer serves the comment, the link cannot restore it. Once three or more mentions have been read, a meter sums up how it is going.
-
Step five
Both directions, one link apart
The page leads with the warm mentions, because that is its job, but the viewers who were not so keen are one link away. Both views quote the archived wording instead of paraphrasing the comment.
-
Step six
What the score is, and is not
The score on a quote is the classifier's read of the comment's warmth toward you and your community, not a measured opinion of the sponsor; the page exists to show real comments, and the meter only sums them up. It runs all time, newest first, with no export button: when the renewal call comes, the page itself is the receipt.
