Worth writing about
- Something is broken. Tell us what you were doing and roughly when. If it involved a specific comment or viewer, say so, and do not paste anything you would not want kept in an email.
- It got a comment wrong. This is the most useful mail we get. A held comment that should have gone straight through, or one that sailed past and should not have, is the thing that makes the next version better.
- Sponsors, press, or another creator asking how it works. Same address.
- Your data. Access, correction or deletion requests go here too. The Privacy Policy sets out what we hold and what we do with it.
- Something legal. The Terms of Service cover the formal side, and notices under them can be sent to the postal address at the bottom of this page.
What this address cannot do
It cannot get a video unblocked, restore a strike, or do anything else on the YouTube side. We are not YouTube and have no line to them. What we can do is show you the comments the tray has seen and the decisions on them, while they remain in your archive.
